24.01.2010 - The puppies are now 2 weeks old

Today we had a lovely visit from the Foster family who own "Auntie Jane" who is sister to Dennis. Thank you to Milly Foster for taking the photographs so that the website can be updated. The babies are doing very well - they have more than doubled their weight in the first 2 weeks of their lives! They are still relying on Beate only for their food/milk. The plan was that they would start on "grown up" food today, but Beate had different ideas! As can be seen from some of the pictures the puppies now have their eyes open and they are really quite mobile, although it is hard to see that from the home page pic where they were all very "podged out"! They are starting to develop their own little personalities and are quite a fascination for all!
